Belinda dives into the lovely world of Poveglia, where between 100-160 thousand people died from the Black Plague and were buried/burned. The island is currently abandoned, and for good reason, as the spirits of the dead, and the spirit of a crazed doctor who performed horrific lobotomies on mental patients there roams the grounds in search of victims for his wicked experiments.
