We drank:
2018 ‘The Clare’ Red Wine. 12.9% Alc.
30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petit Verdot, 20% Malbec & 20% Cabernet Franc.
The Clare is a super cool wine from the Vivian, Attunga, and Bass Hill Vineyards in the Clare Valley. The wine has minimum intervention, no fining or filtration, and the fruit is all fermented with it's indigenous yeast. We love this wine and describe it as extremely drinkable with nice red fruits, bright acidity, and a fresh minty finish.
We recommend you eat it with spring lamb or eggplant dishes.
